It’s Friday!  And I am so behind!

…such is life.

This is a dairy barn I shot a few weeks ago while Scott and I were wandering around Michigan.  I’m working on techniques and while I’m not always completely happy with the outcome…like this one, I am learning new ways to alter the images.  I keep thinking that at one point it’s all going to come together in my head and will make for some awesome work.

dairy barn…

I hope you all have a great weekend!  I’m going to catch up on emails and comments today.  I’m so sorry if I’ve left you hanging…I blame the head cold, which isn’t true, I’ve just been going in too many directions, but it sounds better.

  1. Just found your site and I really like your photos. I don’t know you get that effect, but its really interesting. Do you have an online store that I could browse?

  2. Mark, welcome!! Thanks so much for stopping by! Right now the whole process is hit or miss. It’s a mixture of digital painting, textures and layers in Photoshop and melding photographs. I compare it to school really. I’m a photographer at heart, but playing in the digital realm has become a lot of fun. We’re putting together a website as we speak. I hope to have it live within a week or so. I’ll post here when it’s up. For now, my work is floating here and on Flickr. ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/inhabit-design/ ) If you have an account, just add me and you’ll be able to see all my work as soon as I add you back. 🙂

Joshi, thank you! It’s something. Work in progress. Your work makes me miss straight photography. I see a shoot in my very near future.

I'd love to hear what you're thinking...
